Your role in our team

As our new Operator, you will be responsible for assembling electronic units and manufacturing advanced cable assemblies in a dynamic production environment. You will perform manual tasks requiring a high level of accuracy, consistent execution, and strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take an active part in your professional development, gradually strengthening your competencies through practical experience, formal training, and ongoing skills development.

You will become part of a dedicated Cable Production department of around 20 skilled operators who value teamwork, flexibility, and supportive working culture. Daily communication within the team takes place in Danish, while parts of the technical documentation and work instructions are provided in Danish or English.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manufacturing advanced cable assemblies with a high level of precision and accuracy
  
  
  • Assemble electronic units in accordance with technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards
  
  
  
  

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in Danish both in writing and verbal at a professional level. English is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

  • Work confidently with IT systems, as all technical documentation and work instructions are managed electronically
  
  
  • Relevant certification in personal safety when working with epoxy and isocyanates is preferred.
  
  
  • Soldering experience and documented completion of a soldering course are an advantage.
  
  
  
  

As a person, you are flexible and responsible, with a strong focus on quality in your work. You adapt easily to changing tasks and are comfortable working both independently and in smaller teams. You bring energy, initiative, and a positive attitude, and you take an active role in developing your skills and knowledge. In the production area, the necessary support functions will be close by, e.g. production engineering, planning and manager.
