As we continue to strengthen our P&O Core Delivery setup in Denmark – and with a valued team member going on maternity leave – we are looking for a supporter who can deliver high-quality support, bring stability and great employee experiences every day. You will become part of a dedicated and collaborative team where knowledge sharing and mutual support are at the heart of how we work. From day one, your contribution will make a real difference.

We are a strong, collaborative unit dedicated to delivering consistent and reliable support to leaders and employees. We value transparency, and we are looking for a person who communicates openly and brings an honest approach to our tasks and every interaction. You will join a professional environment shaped by teamwork, ownership, and high standards.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Taking responsibility for delivering clear, accurate, timely and professional support to leaders and employees. You will be the go‑to person for structured processes, solid guidance and smooth employee experience.

Further you will be:

• Managing contracts and lifecycle documentation with accuracy
• Advising leaders on policies, terms and employee conditions
• Handling questions related to vacation, sickness, parental leave, mobility etc.
• Ensuring consistent, high‑quality support in day‑to‑day inquiries
• Helping maintain structure, clarity and reliability in our core P&O processes

To succeed, you must hold:

A background within P&O administration or a similar administrative field, where you are used to working with structure, accuracy and service. You enjoy supporting leaders and employees and feel confident navigating guidelines, processes and documentation.

• Experience with P&O tasks and handling employee lifecycle processes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of details and deadlines
• A service‑minded, solution‑oriented approach when supporting colleagues and leaders
• Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and maintain a “can-do” attitude
• The ability to communicate clearly in both Danish and English
• Experience and interest in working with HR systems (experience with Workday is a plus)
• A collaborative mindset — you value trust, partnership and shared ownership, which is essential in our team
