Procurement Specialist Sales Market Denmark/Norway/Iceland

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Procurement Specialist, your main focus will be to drive the Sales Market procurement strategy to secure an efficient, compliant, and future‑ready supplier base aligned with Global C&F standards. You lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance to ensure strong partnerships, consistent compliance, and cost‑efficient, high‑quality operations across markets.  

Key Responsibilities include:

• You work in close collaboration with the Regional procurement specialist and sales market Construction and Facilities team to set the procurement strategy for your market and clearly communicate this to all stakeholders.
• You manage strategic governance of market agreements through constant follow-up and strategic meetings with major vendors.
• You set necessary goals and KPI’s for procurement and supplier management.
• You participate in developing and keeping audits and assessments (material and execution) up to date regarding procurement.
• You act as subject matter expert and support all parts of the organisation in procurement-related matters.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with C&F Manager, FM Category Managers & Business controllers, providing key insights and recommendations.

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people with…​

• Hold a relevant degree, such as an HD or bachelor’s degree
• All types of procurement certifications are meriting.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Retail Construction and/or Facility Management background is meriting.
• Experience in setting and implementing procurement strategies.
• Experience from working in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels.
• Fluent in in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken

This is a permanent position on a local contract based at our Support Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will report to the Construction and Facility Manager for Denmark/Norway/Iceland within the Expansion Department.
