Product Registration & Compliance Associate Manager, maternity cover - Copenhagen

How you will make an impact

As Product Registration and Compliance Associate Manager, you will be the central specialist ensuring that our products meet all relevant regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, provide expert guidance, and support our commercial ambitions with compliant market access processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing end‑to‑end product registration processes by preparing and submitting documentation through lawyers, local partners or certifying companies.


• Interpreting local regulatory standards and translating complex regulatory texts into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders.


• Providing accurate and timely responses to regulatory questions from cross‑functional teams, customers and regulatory authorities.


• Working closely with commercial and operational teams to solve regulatory challenges and ensure alignment on business objectives.


• Analysing import requirements and trade barriers for new markets or categories, ensuring products meet up‑to‑date compliance standards.

What will make you successful

With a Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or a related technical field, you combine solid academic grounding with the capability to interpret regulatory standards with clarity and precision. We expect, you bring a strong analytical mindset and a structured, detail‑oriented approach. You are confident navigating complex regulatory landscapes and excel at transforming technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance.

Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across functions allows you to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You communicate fluently in English.
