Job Description

As a Production Worker at Cubic, you will be part of a team manufacturing modular enclosure systems used in electrical switchboards worldwide. You will operate machines and perform assembly tasks following technical documentation, ensuring, quality, and efficiency. You will report to the Team Leader and work onsite as part of a collaborative production team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines used in the production of modular enclosure components
• Perform assembly and production tasks based on technical drawings, process sheets, and work instructions
• Ensure that all manufactured components meet quality standards and predefined tolerances
• Conduct inspections and measurements using tools (e.g., calipers) to verify product accuracy
• Identify and report production issues, supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a safe and organized work environment

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 1+ years experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience with mechanical assembly or machine operation
• Read and follow technical documentation and instructions

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 1–2 years of experience in metal processing, assembly, or industrial production
• Experience working with modular systems or electrical enclosures
• Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control processes
