Job Summary

Are you excited by the idea of taking a role where quality, continuous improvement, and fast learning truly matter?

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products. At our Health & Biosciences business unit, we channel our passion for nature and bioscience into sustainable, life‑enhancing technologies that power innovative solutions across healthcare, food, consumer and industrial markets.

We are about to launch a major project within Food Enzymes. As our new colleague in the Quality department, you will support this initiative on a twoyear fixedterm contract. You'll join a threeperson team known for being quick thinkers, bright problemsolvers, and excellent collaborators. If you enjoy structure, master data, quality, and getting things right the first (and the fiftieth) time you may be exactly who were looking for! The role is based in Brabrand, Denmark (onsite). Be part of a motivated, fastlearning, detail‑oriented team where we combine high energy with quality expertise and always support each other along the way.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Create and maintain product information and master data in SAP and internal databases
  • Develop and update customer-facing technical documentation, including product specifications and customized statements
  • Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis
  • Handle raw material, intermediate, and finished product deviations
  • Coordinate technical requirements and align with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessments and approve raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
  • Perform data extractions and structured documentation tasks in Excel
  • Support intensive project work tied to documentation and master data creation
  • Manage a significant amount of troubleshooting, repeat tasks, and ad hoc requests with accuracy and a quality mindset

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Master’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biosciences, Food Technology or a related field
  • Understanding of microbiology and/or experience with food safety and HACCP principles
  • Skilled at managing information, data flows, and complex IT systems
  • Native or very strong proficiency in Danish, and excellent communication skills in English (please note, that proficiency in both languages will be checked as a part of our recruitment process!)
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, simple messages
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership – you finish what you start
  • Structured working style with attention to detail and consistency

How You Would Stand Out

  • Ability to stay efficient and focused during repetitive or routine tasks
  • Fast learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player who enjoys building relationships across cultures and functions

Why Choose Us?

  • Opportunity to play a key role in a major project at a global company
  • A fun, collaborative team that values learning, humor, and working smart together
  • A role with genuine impact on product safety, quality, and customer success
  • Daily international interactions across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams
  • Strong onboarding and continuous development opportunities

Interested? We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible, but at the latest by February 15, 2026. We go through applications on an ongoing basis, and may proceed to interviews with the most potential candidates already during the application period.
