Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and support to Danish-speaking clients regarding transportation services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, schedules, and problem resolution across various communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
• Stay informed about the latest transportation products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate guidance.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
