Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations.
Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing
To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets
Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved
Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution
Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales
Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required
In Advanced Solutions, the SOE books customer orders and does not perform quoting (this is done by the Internal Sales Specialist)
