Sales Coordinator

At NOISY MAY, denim is at the heart of what we do. As our new Sales Coordinator, you will support our sales activities across different customers and international markets, combining customer contact, order coordination and sales analysis. 

THE TEAM     
You will join NOISY MAY's Sales department, where we work together to build strong customer relationships and achieve good results. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Sales team, including our Key Account Managers, as well as our Product team. We have an informal atmosphere, value open communication and help each other in our daily work. 

THE ROLE 
As our Sales Coordinator, you will help ensure that orders, deliveries and daily sales activities run smoothly across different customers and markets. You will have a broad range of responsibilities, from handling customer enquiries and coordinating orders to preparing sales reports and supporting customer meetings. 

More specifically, you will:

• Coordinating and processing orders for major online accounts (ASOS, AMAZON, NEXT, Boozt, About You and more)


• Following up on deliveries, logistics, and deadlines


• Preparing sales statistics and reports for the team


• Supporting sales meetings and presentations


• Managing backend order flow and being the first point of contact for customers


• Using performance tools to analyze and improve results


• Participating in occasional business trips, customer visits, and international sales meetings

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You enjoy a varied working day combining customer contact, coordination and working with data. You are organised, service-minded and able to keep an overview when managing several tasks and deadlines. You enjoy collaborating with different people and feel comfortable both participating in customer meetings and working with numbers and reports. 

We imagine you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinating role – preferably in fashion or e-commerce


• Solid skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)


• Work in a structured and proactive way, keeping track of several tasks and deadlines


• A curious and digital mindset, with an interest in exploring AI tools to improve efficiency and everyday workflows


• Fluent in English, written and spoken

TRAVELLING: You can expect approximately 15-20 travel days a year.
