Greenstep is a Finnish-based, family-owned growth company founded in 2010, providing high-quality financial, HR, analytics, and sustainability services to support our clients’ development and long-term success. Today, we are a community of more than 800 experts across the Nordics and Europe – and growing fast. Learn more about us: https://greenstep.com/

As we expand into Denmark, we are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to join us at a very early stage. You will be playing a key role in building our presence and shaping the future of our business locally. You will work closely with our 100-person Nordic analytics and BI organization, while having the autonomy and influence of an early hire in a new market.

If you want the stability of a profitable, privately owned company and the entrepreneurial freedom of a new-market launch, this is the perfect role for you.

We are now looking for an ambitious and experienced sales professional to join our growth journey and help build our international business, especially within data & analytics and transformation projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our experienced specialists and bring our unique solutions to customers. We hope you'll get to kick-start your Greenstep career with BI & Analytics and different data-driven transformation project Sales, but as you gain more experience and get more familiar with our organization, you'll get a chance to expand your sales scope to other Greenstep services!

What you’ll do

• Drive New business acquisition locally - you'll represent Greenstep in a new business area and work mainly with smaller-scale businesses in the beginning. As we grow in Denmark, you, as a sales professional and a potential clientele, grow as well.

• Build and maintain effective sales and customer management practices together with the sales team.

• Lead sales processes end-to-end, leveraging Greenstep experts whenever needed.

• Act as an ambassador for our growth locally, ensuring Greenstep is known in the Danish market.

What we’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in selling SaaS products, data & analytics solutions, or larger data-driven transformation projects within B2B.

• Strong interest in BI & analytics solutions — previous experience working as a professional in BI & Analytics is very valuable, but motivation and curiosity matter even more.

• Ability to work independently with responsibility for your own sales pipeline, while also contributing to the development of the wider business.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Danish. Other language skills, especially within Nordic languages, are seen as an advantage.

• Enjoy networking, building trust, and working with people. You listen to customers, understand their needs, and find solutions that deliver value. We appreciate a broad network within our service area.

• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for developing new approaches, trying new ideas, and taking ownership.

As Greenstep is a large-scale consultancy company, especially focused on providing financial services, skills and background within accounting or financial management are highly appreciated.

Interested, but you don't tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you! As a growing company, we move fast, and our needs might fluctuate and develop quite quickly!

What do we offer you?

Support for your well-being. For us, everyone’s ability to cope at work and overall well-being are top priorities.

A monthly salary that matches your responsibilities and experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity linked to achieving your goals.

Support and time for development and strengthening your expertise. At Greenstep, continuous learning is at the core of everything we do.

A career opportunity in a growing, family-owned company. We grow organically and responsibly. Our culture has been built together over the years, and our values are reflected in our everyday work. We are a financially stable family business, and creating continuity and security for all Greensteppers is of utmost importance to us.

In Denmark, we are still rookies, and we're not afraid to say it out loud. We might not yet have the strong background and crystallized local policies in Denmark, but you will be an important part of this process, creating the atmosphere, local culture, and local ways of working! We have broadened our business from Finland throughout the years to Sweden, Norway, Estonia, and the Netherlands, so we already have solid experience in scaling the business within new countries and areas!

Will you be the next greensteper?

Please apply by 4.11.2026. Attach your CV and cover letter in English. We'll review all the applications and get back to you as soon as we can. The process will include a few meetings, and a background check.
