Permanent position at twoday | Consultant role with a public sector client

Do you want to build AI solutions that are used by thousands of citizens – and actually work in practice?

At twoday, we are looking for an experienced AI consultant who can develop and implement AI-based solutions in complex public sector system landscapes.

About the role

You will join a team responsible for developing concrete AI solutions – including chatbots and intelligent agents – that integrate directly with existing citizen-facing and internal systems.

There is a strong focus on:

• Delivering solutions quickly into production

• Ensuring stable operations and high quality

• Working within the frameworks of public governance, security and legislation

Your responsibilities

You will work with:

• Development of AI solutions, such as:

  • Chatbots for citizen-facing and employee-facing platforms

  • AI agents supporting business processes and regulatory requirements

• Integration of AI solutions with existing systems via:

  • APIs

  • Events and data platforms

• Designing and implementing solutions that:

  • Can scale

  • Can be monitored

  • Can operate reliably in production

• Collaborating with architects, business stakeholders and operations teams on:

  • Data foundations

  • Integration patterns

  • Governance and compliance

We are looking for someone who

Has experience with:

• Developing AI solutions in practice

• LLM-based solutions (e.g. retrieval, prompt strategies, integrations)

• Taking AI from proof of concept to production

And also:

• Has experience with system integration (REST/API)

• Understands complex system landscapes in larger organisations

• Has worked with cloud and container platforms

• Has fluent Danish language skills, both written and spoken

Technical expectations

You preferably have experience with:

• Kubernetes (deployment, operations and scaling)

• Docker and containerisation

• Observability (logs, metrics, performance)

• Operations and troubleshooting in production environments

It is an advantage if you also have experience with

• .net and/or Python

• CI/CD and DevOps practices (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, infrastructure as code)

• Security and compliance in public sector IT (e.g. NIS2, ISO)

• Data platforms and databases

• Working in or with the public sector

• You can translate complex requirements into concrete solutions

• You work in a structured way and take responsibility for quality

• You can communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders

• You understand the difference between AI in experimental environments and AI in production
