Senior AI Program Manager role for a 6-month contract position at Belmont Lavan Ltd. The position involves overseeing AI-driven projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions, coordinate project timelines, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Requirements

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programs (200M–1B+ DKK scope) across IT and business domains
• Own end-to-end program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple teams (100–400 FTEs) and departments
• Translate strategic priorities into clear program structures, milestones, and outcomes
• Engage and align senior stakeholders and executive leadership in complex environments
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across program delivery
• Support transformation initiatives including digitalization, simplification, and AI-enabled services

Must-have knowledge and experience

• 15+ years of experience in program management, IT delivery, or transformation leadership
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-impact programs in regulated environments
• Strong experience in banking, insurance, or public sector
• Deep expertise in:Program and portfolio management
• Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Stakeholder and executive communication
• IT systems, architecture, and service delivery
• Demonstrated ability to:Manage large budgets and multi-stream programs
• Navigate organizational complexity and political environments
• Lead through change and transformation
