Your role :

As Senior Global Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating global brand strategy into high impact, execution ready promotional solutions for markets outside the US. You will lead the development of global promotional assets and toolkits, enabling affiliates to deliver consistent, compliant and compelling brand experiences across channels.

You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with US brand teams, regions, Medical, Digital, Analytics and agency partners to ensure our brand continues to build momentum as a first in class treatment in a rare disease setting.

• Translate global brand strategy into execution ready promotional and tactical packages for focus markets (ex US)


• Lead the development and delivery of global promotional assets, toolkits and executional guidance


• Drive global congress promotional packages and contribute to digital, customer engagement and omnichannel execution


• Plan and lead marketing research to optimize messages, materials and asset performance


• Manage medium to high complexity global projects and promotional workstreams across multiple stakeholders

• Ensure high quality LMR governance, compliance and timely approvals of all global promotional materials

Your qualifications :  

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field


• Strong experience of 8+ years translating global brand strategy into high quality promotional execution in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, including brand management and global or regional roles.


• Experience working in rare disease or a highly specialized, science driven therapy area


• Experience and understanding of navigating a Matrix organization and collaboration approach.


• Proven expertise in global promotional asset development within a regulated pharmaceutical environment


• Solid understanding of digital, customer engagement and omnichannel marketing


• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead complex projects across cultures and geographies


• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
