Job Description

Step into the role of Program Lead, Licensing & Extended Line (LEL) in our Billund Headquarter, and transform commercial operations with strategic brilliance and operational excellence!
Core Responsibilities
Define and implement a new approach to creating curated assortment strategies across licensed and brick products while establishing new ways of working to meet the specific demands of shoppers and retailers, ensuring relevance and engagement.
Lead the transformation of the go-to-market approach to simplify purchasing for Retail partners, unlocking new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Facilitate structured decision-making processes that prioritize transparency, documentation, and alignment among a diverse group of senior partners
Lead the business case process, continuously monitoring progress and value creation while balancing trade-offs, cost-efficiency, business needs, and risk factors.
Mentoring and guiding workstream leads to ensure progress and alignment with overall program goals, while identifying obstacles and developing effective plans to overcome them
Updating Steering Committee, key program touchpoints, and other senior partners on the status of each workstream and the program as a whole.

Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience working with Program Management in a global context and organization.
Ability to comprehend and work with strategic direction and identify relevant program workstreams.
Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes to recommend and implement transformational initiatives.
Understanding of the licensing industry, enabling transformational initiatives in this specialized field.
Understanding how to analyze product categories, consumer and shopper behavior, and market trends to optimize product assortments
Communicate effectively with diverse audiences while showcasing problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Capable of managing complex and unknown dependencies between program sub-projects and deliverables as well as external to the program.
A brilliant communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
