As our new Senior Organic Social Media Manager in the Global Media Team at HQ Copenhagen, you will help shape Saxo’s global social media presence by defining the direction, raising the creative bar, create content and ensuring alignment across markets. Responsibilities:

• Own and drive Saxo’s global organic social media strategy across markets, ensuring alignment, consistency and brand elevation.
• Develop and maintain global guidelines, workflows, playbooks and best practices that secure a coherent narrative, tone, creative expression, and KPI alignment across platforms.
• Create high‑quality organic content yourself for global and Danish organic channels - from concept to execution - in the ambition to grow those channels and inspire local markets’ SoMe managers or marketing specialists.
• Spot trends, seize cultural moments and translate financial and investment topics into accessible, compelling and platform‑native stories.
• Ensure the organic social media strategy aligns with our global marketing strategy by closely collaborating with HQ teams (Creative Production, Marketing Strategy, PR & Internal Comms, Paid Media) and by coaching local markets to operate effectively within the global strategy.
• Lead cross‑market content initiatives, knowledge exchange, experimentation and creative collaboration forums.
• Act as a sparring partner for local markets, helping them grow, level up, and operate within the global strategy.
• Analyse channel results and turn insights into actionable improvements, including dashboards, reporting structures and KPI storytelling for global stakeholders.
• Ensure a clear and consistent compliance framework across all organic social media content.

Your profile:

You are a strategic creator who thrives in a role that blends vision, craftsmanship, and global leadership. You communicate clearly, collaborate naturally across cultures, and bring a confident yet humble approach to influencing teams without formal people management. You enjoy building structure and governance but equally value rolling up your sleeves to create content yourself. You are energised by the investment world, curious about financial culture, and love keeping up with the finfluencer ecosystem.

We imagine you bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience within organic social media, preferably in a global or multi‑market setup.
• You have the confidence and experience within organic social media to set a bold global direction with respect for local nuances but have the humility to work hands‑on and lead by example.
• Strong creative and production skills (copy, visual/short‑form content, platform‑native formats).
• Deep knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, X etc.
• Experience building strategies, guidelines, and global governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent English and Danish communication skills.
