Join our European Pricing team

Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will be part of our European Pricing Team within Groupage Pricing & Product Management. Here, you will work with pricing and solution design for road transport across multiple European countries.

Close collaboration with colleagues across Europe will give you a broad interface across markets and functions, both on strategic and operational pricing topics.

You will drive our pricing and solution design
As our new (Senior) Pricing Analyst, you will take end-to-end responsibility for pricing and solution design within European Groupage Road Freight. You will work both strategically and operationally, ensuring that pricing aligns with network capabilities, production standards, utilisation targets and commercial objectives across countries.

More specifically, you will:

• Own and steer solution design and tactical pricing for groupage opportunities across Europe, including daily RFQ handling & pricing  


• Act as pricing responsible on complex, pan-European tenders and large multi-country opportunities in close cooperation with Tender Management and Global Business Development


• Validate production concepts, transport data as well as cost and margin assumptions to ensure feasibility and commercial robustness


• Provide pricing and strategic recommendations for key customers and verticals, balancing competitiveness, margin protection and network utilisation


• Ensure alignment between pricing, operational capabilities and country-specific requirements

Experienced pricing specialist within European logistics
With your solid stakeholder management skills, you are able to navigate across regions, functions and seniority levels, ensuring alignment and clear communication. An independent and structured approach enables you to operate both strategically and in hands-on execution.

We also imagine that you:

• Have several years of experience from an international logistics service provider with focus on regional pricing, tender management or solution design


• Have a university degree or equivalent within logistics, economics, business administration or a related field


• Have a deep understanding of the European land transport landscape, especially groupage or system freight


• Have strong analytical capabilities and insight into pricing mechanics, network constraints and utilisation effects


• Are highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and preferably have experience with pricing, quoting or BI tools
