We’re building the largest SaaS company in the Nordics. Come build with us.
We're looking for a senior, hands-on product marketing manager who knows exactly what great B2B SaaS product marketing looks like, and can build it here. You hold a high bar for quality, work with structure, and are energised by going deep on a specific category rather than spreading thin across many.
In this role, you'll own product marketing for one of our three product portfolios, working closely with product and commercial leadership to shape positioning, go-to-market, and enablement.
We believe product marketing exists to ensure the company builds products people want, understands why they buy them, and can successfully sell and grow them.
Who is Omnidocs?
For over 20 years, Omnidocs has been redefining productivity in document generation. Born as a consultancy and evolved into a SaaS business, the company is now a powerhouse in helping customers achieve the best results with their documents and presentations worldwide.
With more than 6,000 customers, 7 offices, and 150+ colleagues, the Omnidocs Group is quietly building one of the largest SaaS companies in the Nordics. Our M&A strategy has brought more than 5 new solutions into the fold over the last few years, with more to come.
Core responsibilities
- Own Omnidocs' product marketing strategy and positioning across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and prioritised industry verticals.
- Develop and maintain messaging architecture, solution narratives, and product positioning that creates clear differentiation in market.
- Drive alignment on how Omnidocs presents its portfolio externally, including product naming, category language, and how the brand family holds together.
- Develop the positioning, messaging, enablement, and marketing materials that power our white-label offering, while supporting commercial initiatives with technical partners.
- Own go-to-market planning and execution for major product launches, market expansions, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with product and commercial leadership to identify product-market fit gaps, prioritise market opportunities, and shape roadmap decisions based on customer and market feedback.
- Support packaging, pricing, and offer strategy to ensure products, services, and bundles align with customer needs and commercial objectives.
- Own the positioning and integration strategy for new products, services, and acquisitions, ensuring a coherent offering as the portfolio grows.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with messaging, proof points, training, competitive insights, ROI narratives, and other sales assets.
- Establish and manage a centralised customer communication and product launch framework in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
- Lead competitive intelligence, customer research, and win/loss analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations for commercial and product teams.
You have
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of measurable GTM outcomes (pipeline influence, win rates, product adoption).
- Strong writing skills. You can take a complex product and explain it plainly, and you can craft a narrative that moves a commercial conversation forward.
- A metrics mindset: you define success before you start and know how to measure whether positioning and enablement are actually working.
- Experience enabling sales at scale: playbooks, battlecards, training programmes, and content that lands in the field.
- Comfort with competitive intelligence and the ability to translate market dynamics into positioning and product decisions.
- Curiosity about customers, you proactively reach out, run interviews, and bring the outside view in.
- You can organise messy information so others can act on it.
- Comfort working in a private equity-owned business with both organic and acquisition-driven growth, and willingness to adapt as the company evolves.
- Comfort using AI tools as part of your daily writing and research workflow.
