Your Role

As our Senior SAP Authorization Consultant, you will be a key player in our Group IT Continuous Improvement team, reporting to Jonna Vestergaard Dam. You will own and drive the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our SAP authorization landscape - ensuring our setup supports business processes, regulatory compliance, and best practices across systems.

You will:

• Design and maintain the authorization concept in our S/4 HANA environment


• Set up and manage SAP IAG for access control, segregation of duty (SoD), and compliance


• Ensure correct setup of roles, profiles, business roles, and authorization objects


• Perform and follow up on SoD analyses


• Maintain compliance and governance across SAP and connected cloud systems


• Troubleshoot and optimize authorizations across our SAP and cloud landscapes


• Be an active contributor to our large-scale S/4 HANA and SAP RISE transformation


• Advise the business on best practices within SAP security and identity management

What We Are Looking For

You bring solid hands-on experience with SAP authorizations and security - and you thrive when you can combine technical depth with a business-oriented mindset.

• 3+ years of experience with SAP authorizations and security - S/4 HANA and SAP RISE experience is a strong plus


• Hands-on experience with SAP IAG and IAM solutions


• Solid understanding of roles, profiles, business roles, and authorization objects


• Experience with Fiori authorization concepts


• Strong grasp of SoD, compliance, and governance requirements


• Fluency in both Danish and English - written and spoken
