“You will play a key role in ensuring that our production plans become reality – not just plans on paper. You will join Danmark Protein, Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) biggest production site in Videbæk, producing highly specialised ingredients for B2B customers around the world. Here, you become part of a professional and collaborative environment with strong ties between production and the wider organisation, with more than 700 colleagues.

How you will make an impact

In this role, you will be a part of our Logistics and Planning team and be at the centre of operations, ensuring that production plans are not only created but successfully executed across the site. You will balance supply and demand, coordinate across multiple functions, and navigate a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. Acting as the link between production, logistics and planning, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and long-term optimisation. Your ability to anticipate challenges and align stakeholders will be critical to delivering results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure optimal utilisation of production capacity, raw materials and operational resources


• Coordinate production planning across production, packing, warehousing and logistics


• Identify and manage short-term imbalances between supply and demand


• Develop and maintain optimised production plans (short- and long-term)


• Monitor KPIs and performance (incl. OEE) and take corrective action to drive improvements


• Drive alignment and adherence to plans through close collaboration with stakeholders

What will make you successful

You thrive in a fast-paced production environment where plans frequently change and collaboration is key to success. You bring solid experience from planning in a complex production setup and understand how to balance detail with the bigger operational picture. You know how to build strong relationships across functions and communicate clearly to ensure alignment. At the same time, you remain calm under pressure and are motivated by solving challenges and finding better ways of working.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• 3-5 years of experience from a planning role in a production environment (food industry is an advantage)


• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to ensure clear information flow


• The ability to work both hands-on with details and maintain a broader operational overview


• A proactive and agile mindset, thriving in a dynamic and changing environment


• Fluency in Danish and English, enabling close daily collaboration with production teams


• A structured yet flexible approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
