As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced Sr. Site Security Manager to join our team and lead our security operations in EMEA.
Please note: The position is an 18-month maternity cover, located in Billund. There is no relocation assistance provided for this role.
Responsible for daily security operations in the EMEA, supporting the Head of Security Operations for DK & EMEA in deploying and implementing the security strategic priorities for the region.
Conduct risk assessments and drive implementation of appropriate and cost-effective security solutions for all LEGO sites in EMEA.
Ensure the existing security infrastructure at the sites is operating and maintained in accordance with global LEGO Security standards
This implies ongoing review and recommendations to standards and procedures in close dialogue with the Security Excellence Center, Global Command Center and other relevant stakeholders.
Manage security services in collaboration with the selected partner, continuously monitoring and optimizing quality of service and cost efficiency. Lead loss and theft prevention and investigations in EMEA.
Establish and drive local Site Emergency Management Team (SEMT) including establishing Contingency Plans, driving Business Continuity Planning and education and training of SEMT team members.
The Global Security Organization looks after, and cares for, people and assets in the organization. The primary role is to ensure business continuity by protecting the company and employees from critical security incidents, enabling efficient responses, and preventing physical leaks and theft of intellectual property and critical assets.
As Senior Site Security Manager, you are a part of the Security Operations Team, where you are encouraged to contribute to deploying strategic priorities across the region. You must collaborate closely with key partners, such as Production, Legal, Local Command Center etc.
Experienced in working with Security Management from the corporate or public sector, preferably from a large international corporation.
Experience with handling outsourcing contracts and risk assessment along with security solution design
Experience with Access Control and CCTV systems (preferably GENETEC)
Crisis Management - Ability to respond and act efficiently in crisis and implement Contingency Plans and related operational emergency response plans and procedures.
Experienced, and motivated, in navigating in the area from strategy to operations and where you master the translation between strategies and operations.
Ability to speak, write and read in English is required.
