About the job

We are looking for a Senior Technology Delivery Lead to play a central role in executing Orifarm’s technology strategy. In this role, you will work closely with a dedicated team and key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that strategic priorities are translated into structured initiatives and successfully delivered.

As part of a dynamic IT organization, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, driving alignment, clarity, and progress across a wide range of initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives


• Translate enterprise architecture and business strategy into clear, actionable delivery plans


• Lead and coordinate execution of IT projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery


• Act as a trusted partner to business and IT stakeholders, facilitating alignment and prioritization


• Establish and maintain strong governance, transparency, and progress within the IT deliverables


• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and proactively drive resolution


• Continuously improve delivery practices, ways of working, and execution capabilities

Who are you?

You have a strong foundation in management consulting combined with hands-on IT experience. You are structured, analytical, and execution-focused, with the ability to move from strategy to implementation in complex environments.

You work from a first-principles mindset and are self-driven. You are a team player and have a willingness to learn.

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress, while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes and value creation.

You bring these key qualifications:

• Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field


• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, IT delivery, digital transformation, or a similar role


• Strong exposure to commercial or operational business environments


• Strong builder mindset, comfortable moving from idea to scalable solution


• Proven ability to drive initiatives from strategy through to delivery


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and IT


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities


• Proactive and collaborative, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams


• You are fluent in English. Danish proficiency is an advantage but not required
