The Role

As a Senior/Principal Technician in API Development, you will be a key player in transforming ideas into scalable processes. Your work will directly support the development of new active pharmaceutical ingredients and ensure smooth technology transfer to manufacturing. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Perform synthesis, purification, and characterization of APIs


• Drive chemical process development from lab to pilot scale


• Support technology transfer projects and scale-up activities


• Prepare and review documentation to ensure compliance


• Maintain high standards for safety and GMP in all tasks

Your Qualifications

As our new Senior/Principal Technician, you will bring both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. We imagine you have:

• A laboratory technician education and several years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical development


• Solid experience in organic chemistry in wet chemistry labs.


• Solid understanding of CMC principles and GMP requirements, ensuring compliance in all tasks


• A structured and detail-oriented approach combined with problem-solving skills


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a cross-functional environment


• A proactive attitude and flexibility to adapt to new technologies and processes
