Service & Delivery Technician

At ÅBEN, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales & Logistics team as a Service & Delivery Technician. You will help keep our draught beer systems running smoothly while making sure that ÅBEN beer reaches customers on time.

About the role

This is a technical field-based role with plenty of variety, where you will spend most of your time on the road installing, servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting draught beer systems at our customer venues, while also supporting deliveries across Greater Copenhagen. You will have a high degree of independence, take ownership of your daily tasks and become an important part of delivering the ÅBEN experience to our customers.

We are looking for someone with a technical or skilled trade background and a natural interest in machinery, equipment and mechanical systems. Experience as a mechanic, welder, plumber, hydraulic technician or from a similar hands-on trade is an advantage, but not a requirement. What matters most is that you are technically minded, enjoy troubleshooting and are comfortable working independently to find practical solutions when things don't go as planned.

While deliveries are an important part of the role, the long-term focus is to build strong technical knowledge of our draught beer systems and become a trusted technical partner for both customers and colleagues.

This is a full-time position with expected working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, servicing and maintaining draught beer systems at customer venues.

• Troubleshooting technical issues and carrying out repairs when needed.

• Delivering beer to ÅBEN's customers across the Greater Copenhagen area.

• Cleaning and maintaining draught beer systems at customer locations.

• Providing great service and building strong relationships with ÅBEN's customers.

• Loading and unloading deliveries.

• Working closely as part of the Sales & Logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will receive thorough training in both ÅBEN's products and draught beer systems, so while previous experience with beer systems is valued, it is not required.

Who are you?

You enjoy a practical and varied working day and are comfortable taking responsibility for your own tasks. You are reliable, service-minded and enjoy working independently while representing ÅBEN out in the field.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a valid Category B driver's licence (holding a Category C licence and a forklift certificate is an advantage, but not required).

• Have experience from a practical role, for example as a mechanic, welder, plumber, technician or another skilled trade.

• Have technical understanding and enjoy solving practical problems.

• Work in a hands-on, structured and reliable way.

• Are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility.

• Enjoy meeting customers and providing great service.

• Have an interest in beer and would like to learn more about ÅBEN's products.
