Job Description - Steel Inspector

Job Title: Steel Inspector – Towers

Role Overview:

We ARE seeking an experienced Steel Inspector to support welding and coating inspection at a tower supplier on a project for one of our clients.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Carry out welding and coating inspections during tower fabrication.

Perform steel inspection activities in accordance with project requirements.

Inspect and report on welding and coating quality.

Support NDT inspection activities where required.

Document and report inspection findings.

Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant experience in steel inspection, particularly welding and coating.

Previous experience in Offshore Wind is highly preferable.

Certifications in Welding, Coating, and NDT.

GWO Working at Height certification.

Mandatory requirement: Relevant offshore fabrication and steel inspection experience must be clearly demonstrated on the CV.

Location: Give, Denmark

Contract: Freelance/Self-Employed

Duration: 28.09.2026 – 01.08.2027 (TBC)

Frequency: 1 day per week, Monday–Saturday, based on the finalized production schedule

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Expected Frequency: 4–5 days initially, with 2–3 additional days on an ad-hoc basis
