Technical Engineer - Equipment & Maintenance Support, Gentofte

Your new role

As a Technical Engineer, you will act as a key technical person within aseptic filling production. You will ensure equipment reliability, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with GMP standards.

You will:

• Take ownership of technical equipment, ensuring validated state, compliance, and ongoing optimization


• Support daily operations in production, troubleshooting issues and driving systematic problem-solving


• Lead and contribute to process improvements, projects, and technical initiatives


• Develop and maintain GMP documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and change control activities


• Coach and train operators and colleagues while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders

Your new department

You will join the Equipment & Maintenance Support team within aseptic production in Gentofte. The department focuses on validating a new state of the art automated isolator filling line, while also ensuring existing production of hemophilia products.

The team works closely with operators, specialists, and stakeholders across the site to ensure validation, stable production and high-quality standards. With a strong focus on collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, you will be part of a highly skilled and dedicated environment where knowledge sharing, and teamwork are key to success.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you bring both strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset.

We expect that you have:

• A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree within engineering, science, or a related field


• Some years of experience or maybe starting your first job


• Potentially experience from pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environments


• Understanding of GMP requirements and quality management systems


• A structured and solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills


• A self-driven, curious mindset with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams

Salary

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 DKK to 734,400 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
