Test Automation Engineer – Digital Health

Twoday is looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality and stability of business-critical digital solutions within the Danish healthcare sector.

You will work as an integrated part of the development organisation alongside software developers, DevOps Engineers and architects. Automated testing will be part of the software delivery lifecycle rather than a separate activity at the end of development.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing and maintaining automated tests

• Automating testing of APIs, integrations and user interfaces

• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Establishing automated quality gates

• Planning and executing integration, system and performance tests

• Supporting test data and stable test environments

• Analysing failures using logs, tracing and test results

• Working closely with developers to identify root causes and prevent regressions

• Supporting performance and load testing

• Contributing to continuous improvement of test automation and quality practices

• Supporting documentation and traceability for business-critical software

What we're looking for

You have:

• Professional experience with test automation

• Experience with API and integration testing

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD

• Experience with Git and modern development workflows

• Experience analysing logs, traces and test results

• Experience with automated quality assurance in complex software systems

• Understanding of performance and load testing

• Experience working closely with software developers and DevOps Engineers

• A structured approach to documentation, quality and traceability

Experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, Java-based environments and containerised applications is an advantage.

Experience testing healthcare systems, healthcare integrations or other business-critical public sector solutions is highly valued.

Experience from multi-supplier delivery organisations is also an advantage.

Fluent Danish, both written and spoken, is required.

You must be able to work onsite at the customer location in Copenhagen when required.
