The position is for a beach restaurant and bar located in Cyprus, offering a vibrant and high-quality hospitality experience focused on customer service, efficiency, and team collaboration in a dynamic seaside environment.

It is a well-established seasonal business, welcoming an international clientele during the summer period. The business is as follows:

· Offering Mediterranean-style dining with a focus on fresh and seasonal products
· Providing fast and friendly service in a lively and busy environment
· Delivering a memorable guest experience in a beachfront setting
· Managing high-volume service periods with efficiency and professionalism

You will be working as a Waiter/Waitress, supporting the daily operations of the service team.

Duties involve:

· Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
· Preparing basic drinks and supporting bar service when needed
· Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the guest experience
· Setting up and clearing tables efficiently
· Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area
· Communicating effectively with kitchen and bar teams
· Handling payments and operating the POS system
· Assisting during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

· Good level of English required (minimum B1/B2)
· Previous experience as a waiter/waitress required
· Experience as a barista is highly valued
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer-focused attitude
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Team player with a positive mindset
· EU passport or right to work in Europe required
