About the job

To support our global network operations, we are looking for two Student Assistants to join our Network Team in Falck Global Assistance.

The Global Assistance Network team secures and manages our worldwide network of medical providers. With team members in key locations such as Thailand, Turkey, and Spain, we handle global contracting and reporting to support our customers’ pre-, during- and post-travel needs. At Falck, we turn care into action by supporting the systems and colleagues that help people around the world.

This role is a vital support function designed to strengthen our existing operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, eager to contribute to shared goals by taking on tasks and projects assigned by senior team members. This collaborative approach is key to managing our workload effectively and ensuring our global network runs smoothly. 

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Manage and triage incoming cases and inquiries related to our global provider network.
• Take ownership of updating and maintaining provider and user data in our provider database ODIN. 
• Handle a broad range of email correspondence concerning network operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries and help distribute cases among the network managers. 
• Build and maintain a strong, collaborative dialogue with key stakeholders at FGA offices and providers worldwide.

The position offers a maximum of 15 working hours per week.
