Your role in our team

As an Intern in the Sourcing team, you will support supplier negotiations, strategy execution, and initiatives that strengthen a resilient supply chain. You will work with a broad range of internal stakeholders across Terma and have ample opportunity to contribute with your ideas and help shape how we solve everyday challenges.

This role is ideal for you if you enjoy working in an outward-facing role with multiple stakeholders. You thrive in a changing, sometimes fast‑paced environment, while also appreciating clear processes and a structured way of working.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with RFQ preparation, NDAs and contracts
  
  
  • Identifying suppliers capable of delivering for our existing product portfolio
  
  
  • Analysis of pricing and costing data

We are looking for students pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain, Value Chain Management, we look forward to hearing from you. Moreover, we are looking for colleagues who:

  • Communicate clearly in English and value cross‑functional collaboration
  
  
  • Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint

You work in a structured manner and can coordinate and manage several things at the same time without losing track.
