Therefore, we are looking for interns to both our Tool Design and Materials & Processes teams to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our team
As an intern in one of these roles, you will experience a variety of tasks and have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice. You will engage in process improvements and analytical and creative projects within a high-tech environment, while developing your professional skills alongside other passionate interns and students as part of our internal talent pipeline.

This position is part of our annual internship and trainee program, where multiple departments across Terma Aerostructures welcome interns and trainees simultaneously as part of a coordinated yearly recruitment cycle.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Tool Design
As an intern in Tool Design, you will work with designing and improving manufacturing tools and fixtures used in our production of composite and metal aircraft parts.

As an intern in Materials & Processes, you will work with ensuring our manufacturing processes meet quality standards and customer requirements.
