M&A Working Student

Your goal

Would you like to work in corporate finance? Being an M&A Working Student is a great entry point into the world of dealmaking. You will work part-time for a tight knit deal team that guides business owners in buying or selling a company. You are financially and analytically strong, but above all commercially and socially skilled. You will not merely be working on spreadsheets, you will be involved in the entire process and meet clients from the start!

Your responsibilities

As an M&A Working Student at Marktlink, you can expect the following tasks:

• Perform market research, company analysis and financial analysis;

• Support the preparation of valuations and financial models in Excel;

• Assist in preparing presentations, information memorandums and pitch materials;

• Support commercial activities and buyer research;

• Help coordinate ongoing transactions and project activities;

• Work closely with deal teams across multiple industries and sectors.

Your profile

• You are currently studying a university degree within finance such as cand.merc. or similar;

• You are a social and entrepreneurial person with a practical, strategic, tactical and commercial mindset;

• In addition to strong analytical skills, you are punctual and goal-oriented;

• Motivated to work with companies in the SME sector;

• An eye for personal relationships and excellent communication skills are essential;

• Fluency in both spoken and written Danish and a good command of English is mandatory.
