How will you make an impact

As our new Student Assistant, you will play an active role in supporting the Digitalization and Business Processes team and helping us drive smarter, more efficient ways of working across Arla. You will work closely with Business Consultants and Project Managers and contribute to a wide range of tasks, including:

• Analyzing process optimisation ideas and translating business needs into clear project proposals.


• Planning and facilitating workshops and ensuring high‑quality documentation.


• Supporting benefit identification and contributing to business case calculations.


• Providing project support through data analysis, training material creation, and preparation of documentation and presentations.


• Tracking project progress and preparing status updates for key stakeholders.


•  Maintaining portfolio roadmaps to ensure transparency and alignment.


• Overseeing IT incident prioritisation and ensuring timely follow‑up.


• Contributing to team communication materials and updates.


• Updating project and team SharePoint sites.


• Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

What will make you successful

Your curiosity and eagerness to learn are fundamental to your success. You thrive in collaborative environments and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. You have an ability to dive deep into- and break down complex business needs. Additionally, you apply an analytical approach to effectively translate business needs into IT solutions. Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Are finalizing your last year on your Bachelor study program or are just about to start your Masters preferably within Information Technology (e.g., ITKO), Data Science, Business Administration or similar.


• Will be studying for at least 2 more years - please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education.


• Are advanced user of MS Office and have a flair for digital systems in general.


• Have a structured and organized approach to your tasks.


• Can communicate effectively in English – both spoken and written.

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience with AI tools, e.g. Copilot.
