The position is located at LEO Pharma’s Headquarter in Ballerup and we therefore expect you to be situated in Denmark. 

Your role

As a Study Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our global team by assisting with various projects both branded and for disease awareness. Your contributions will help us maintain our high standards and ensure that our marketing efforts are effective and well-coordinated.

• Running small projects to support the other marketers in the team.


• Managing internal communication activities to launch brand elements internally at LEO Pharma.


• Managing our central repository for affiliates.


• Performing administrative tasks to ensure projects and activities are on track. 


• Working on internal and external events to promote our brand.

Additionally, you will be involved in tracking affiliates and supporting internal communication efforts to ensure the successful launch of brand elements within LEO Pharma.

Your qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Either you are at the final stages of your Bachelor’s and already on track towards your


• Master’s or you are enrolled in your Master’s.


• A degree with a focus area in marketing, business, or a life sciences degree student whom wants a commercial career in healthcare.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. •    A structured approach to tasks and a creative mindset.


•  The ability to work independently and take initiative.


• Great planning and organisational skills.
