Student Assistant, Global Arla Brand - Aarhus

Want to work hands‑on with real marketing projects in a global FMCG setting? In the Global Arla Brand team, you’ll help drive initiatives across Arla’s Masterbrand and sub‑brands while working with passionate colleagues across Europe. If you’re energetic, curious and ready to learn, you might be our next student assistant. 

How you will make an impact

You will report directly to the Director for Health from Within, but have daily support from a Global Commercial Innovation Manager and a Global Commercial Manager. As our new student assistant, you will take on a broad role with many varying tasks. Your responsibilities will include tasks like: 

• Supporting the Arla Protein, Arla Cultura & LactoFREE teams.


• Ownership of budget tracking and support in purchase orderings.


• Performance tracking.


• Help out with and participate in events, from ordering products to coordinating with agencies.


• Ad hoc support to marketing team e.g. desk research on competitors, finding marketing assets, consolidating learnings etc. 

What will make you successful

We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc. or M.Sc. within e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Innovation or similar. We envision that you have at least two years left of your studies. To succeed in this role, a curious, creative and analytical mindset is key. You will be self-motivated, confident and outgoing with a genuine desire to succeed and go the extra mile. Furthermore, it is essential that: 

• You have a “can do” attitude – no task is too big or small for you .


• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English. 


• You are detail-oriented with your work and planning.


• You have great coordination skills and can collaborate effectively across teams.


• You have a structured approach to tasks and problem solving.


• You are proactive as you ensure things are on track and on time.


• You have a learning mindset, appreciates both routine- and ad hoc tasks.


• You are strong user in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel). 

What do we offer

The position is 15 hours a week placed preferably over two-three days a week with necessary flexibility around your exams and you will be based at our Viby office.
