Student Assistant, HR - Aarhus

How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our HR Business Partners across Marketing & Innovation and Arla Denmark. Your tasks will vary depending on business priorities, ongoing projects, and activities in the Arla People Calendar, giving you broad exposure to the full HR agenda. You will collaborate closely with HR colleagues across both our locations Viby and Skejby and work with leaders and teams throughout the organisation.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting HR Business Partners with daily HR operations and administrative processes


• Preparing presentations, analyses, and decision material


• Supporting HR projects and initiatives across the business


• Extracting and working with HR data and insights


• Collaborating with HR colleagues and stakeholders across Viby and Skejby

The role is placed in HR, supporting Marketing & Innovation and Arla Denmark.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Are currently studying a Bachelor’s degree and you are starting your Master’s programme this summer.


• Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing


• Are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders and navigating a dynamic environment across multiple locations.


• Bring a can‑do mindset, and a willingness to take responsibility and grow your HR toolbox.

Ideally, you will start in June, allowing time for a thorough handover and onboarding with our current Student Assistant.

The role requires approximately 15 hours per week with flexibility around your exams and schedule.
