Student Assistant, Logistics Center of Excellence - Aarhus

Do you enjoy working with IT solutions and would you like to be a part of shaping Arla Foods future through IT/Digital projects? If so, we are looking for an ambitious, proactive and self-driven Student Assistant in our Strategic Centre of Excellence IT/Digital Transformation and Implementation for Logistics.    

In our team we a manage a portfolio of very different IT projects that all contribute to the further digitalization Arla logistics globally. We pick up ideas from both within and from outside, translate them to relevant implementation cases, host the investment application process and also execute the projects until the solutions are live with the end-users. This role offers you the chance to take part in the full project life cycle of significant IT projects with an international reach.

How you will make an impact

Supporting our IT/Digital Transformation & Implementation team your main tasks will be:

• Address specific project delivery related tasks, linked to a significant IT change project which will improve our Inbound Logistics operation.


• Managing communication and change management. Improving our team and market knowledge sharing, through SharePoint, Viva engage and effective user community communication.


• Co-developing material for workshops and decision meetings.


• Performing ad hoc tasks as needed

What will make you successful

Approach each task with a positive attitude and don’t hesitate to ask questions to ensure understanding. You should have a “can-do” attitude, a proactive approach and a willingness to learn new tools.

Additionally, we expect that you:

• Have an interest in process improvement through IT solutions.


• Are experienced in working with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams and can learn new IT solutions quickly.


• Are proficient in both verbal and written English and capable of structuring presentations.  


• Can handle highly confidential projects.


• Will be enrolled in a master’s degree program after summer within the fields of Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Intelligence, IT, Innovation, Engineering or similar.

• Will be studying for at least 2 more years – please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education.


• Can work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
