Student Assistant, Marketing & Innovation for Arla Unika - Aarhus

Are you studying marketing or a business‑related field and passionate about food? Do you want to kick‑start your career in a global FMCG company?

The Arla Unika team is a small, dedicated group behind Arla’s super‑premium brand. We work across innovation, marketing, communication and sales in both B2B and B2C. We’re looking for a student assistant to support our marketing activities, including product launches, communication tasks, sales support and more. 

How will you make an impact

You will report into the Head of Marketing & Innovation, Frederic Viking, and become part of a team consisting of passionate dairy lovers, working with innovation, content creation, digital media, PR and product management. You will support the team in in our Danish office in Viby J – working with a focus on both the Danish and the Swedish market.

Your tasks might include:

• Marketing asset creation & management.


• Ordering & distribution of materials.


• Support new design implementations and related updates to product master data.


• Assist in maintaining product-related materials and ensuring consistency across touchpoints.


• Event support.


• Ad hoc marketing support.

What will make you successful

We are looking for a person who is ambitious and enjoys a fast past-environment with a start-up mentality. No day is quite the same in our team. You have a high energy level, strong project management skills and a good attention to detail. Furthermore, you: 

• Are able to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders.


• Have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.


• Have marketing & communication experience.


• Have experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Power Point).


• Are preferable Danish speaking and fluent in English. Swedish language skills are a plus.


• Will ideally be studying for at least 2 more years. Please indicate on your CV when you expect to finish your current study program. 

We expect you to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, allowing for a good balance between studies and work.
