Student Assistant, Whistleblower function Global Legal & Compliance

The Whistleblower function in Global Legal & Compliance is looking for a student assistant to support with administrative tasks and minor investigative tasks related to whistleblower investigations in Falck. 

We offer a role where you get the unique opportunity to contribute with different areas of investigations in an international and diverse company. The position is time limited to 6 months from starting date, with the possibility of extension.

About the role

Your key responsibilities are to support the Head of Investigations on daily tasks, including:

• Review and process all incoming whistleblower cases and assign responsible investigator

• Support with investigations (documentation review, witness interviews, etc.)

• Prepare memos and presentations to Audit Committee, Board of Directors and other stakeholders 

• Review and update our policies and processes to ensure compliance with external requirements

• Ad hoc tasks and projects

About you

The person we are looking for is studying a relevant degree within risk management, international relations, business, finance, or similar. 

We expect you are:

• Eager to learn and self-driven

• Critical thinker who challenges current set-up and information 

• Attentive to details, but with a holistic mindset

• Able to work with highly sensitive and confidential information

• Able to engage with different types of stakeholders

• Experienced user of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Furthermore, you are strong in written and verbal English and Danish.
