The Whistleblower function in Global Legal & Compliance is looking for a student assistant to support with administrative tasks and minor investigative tasks related to whistleblower investigations in Falck.
We offer a role where you get the unique opportunity to contribute with different areas of investigations in an international and diverse company. The position is time limited to 6 months from starting date, with the possibility of extension.
About the role
Your key responsibilities are to support the Head of Investigations on daily tasks, including:
Review and process all incoming whistleblower cases and assign responsible investigator
Support with investigations (documentation review, witness interviews, etc.)
Prepare memos and presentations to Audit Committee, Board of Directors and other stakeholders
Review and update our policies and processes to ensure compliance with external requirements
Ad hoc tasks and projects
About you
The person we are looking for is studying a relevant degree within risk management, international relations, business, finance, or similar.
We expect you are:
Eager to learn and self-driven
Critical thinker who challenges current set-up and information
Attentive to details, but with a holistic mindset
Able to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
Able to engage with different types of stakeholders
Experienced user of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Furthermore, you are strong in written and verbal English and Danish.
