Cloud IoT Architect (AWS)

Our tight and crowing community in Brightly is looking for a new AWS Cloud Architect to show their expertise in the full lifecycle digital journey of our customers.

• Design and Implementation of IoT Systems with AWS: Edge implementations including integrations with control and automation systems, management of edge provisioning and deployment 
• Management of IoT data pipelines; MQTT
• Processing of IoT data in the cloud
• Implementing new CI/CD Pipelines in AWS using tools such as Github Actions, Gitlab CI, and/or AWS CodePipeline 
• Design and develop application use cases interacting with data platforms, such as Databricks to support data ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful delivery and services. 

• A minimum of 8 years of software development experience, including programming 
• 5 years of experience working in industrial cases 
• Experience with enterprise-scale solutions and enterprise architecture 
• Ability to work with at least one of the following programming languages: .NET/C#, Java, Python
• Ability to create infrastructure as code with at least one of the following technologies; Terraform, Cloudformation, CDK 
• You are familiar with container technologies; Docker, Podman 
• Understanding of industrial automation systems, communication, and concepts (MES, SCADA, PLC, ECU, OPC UA, etc.) 
• Good people and communication skills. E.g. You have been in a lead position on a project 
• Proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written 

• C/C++, Rust 
• Linux 
• Virtual Machine Orchestration 
• Kubernetes

• Work with highly skilled experts, architects, developers, and designers to create solutions for our clients. 
• Advise clients on technology choices and collaborate on defining overall solution architectures 
• Help teams and contribute to ways of working
