Commercial Administrator

We are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our on-site project team in Finland.

You will support a commercial team of quantity surveyors with administration, document control, and coordination to ensure project information is accurate, organised, and progressed on time.

This position will be based on-site five days per week in Kirkkonummi / Espoo, Finland.

• Process orders in line with company procedures

• Perform general administration, data entry, and ad hoc office tasks
• Maintain and organise project documentation
• Track document comments and follow up on responses
• Support the Quantity Surveyor team with reporting and deadlines
• Attend project meetings and assist with action tracking

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in administration (construction, engineering, finance or similar preferred)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
