Cyber Security Senior Lead

About the Role

Qt Group is looking for a Cyber Security Senior Lead to join our team to help us protect our systems and networks from cyber threats. In this role you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures, acting with vendors, responding to incidents, and providing guidance and support to Qt employees. A Cyber security Lead plays a crucial role in an Qt’s security department.

This position is based in Espoo OR Oulu, Finland.

You will

• Own Qt IT security road map and development projects
• Own Qt’s security tools, particularly Microsoft security products such as Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, and related solutions
• Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery
• Have a knowledge of regulatory requirements in our main markets – EMEA, US, APAC, eg. GDPR, ISO 27001, PIPL and NIST frameworks
• Secure Qties security skills and awareness
• Collaborate with Qt’s other security stakeholders
• Manage outsourced Security Operations Center (SOC) team, ensuring effective threat detection, incident response, and mitigation.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• 5 + years of experience in security operations, including at least 2 years managing of outsourced SOC
• Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and threat hunting
• Security certifications are beneficials
• Deep understanding of Microsoft security ecosystems, Azure & AWS cloud security
