Datacenter Regional Project Manager

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is seeking a qualified, independent  Datacenter Regional Project Manager Consultant or specialized service provider to support an upcoming project. This engagement focuses strictly on achieving key milestones as per the SOW.

Scope of Work:

• Planning & Progress: Develop master and sub-plans, track milestones on schedule, and update plans when scope or risks change.
  

• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify major development risks early and coordinate technical problem-solving for on-site installation and testing.
  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Technical, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure closed-loop tracking in meetings, manage partners effectively.
  

• Budget & Financials: Assist the cost management team with budgets, track delivery variances, and support financial quality and cost analysis.
  

• Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and expectations with external clients, subcontractors, and project sponsors.
  

Requirements: 

• At least 5 years of experience with Data Center projects in the Nordic regions
  

• Self-driven, independent and can work under pressure
  

• Fluent English and Finnish
