This position is based in Helsinki as part of our global Enterprise Solutions Group.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Revenue: Scout, pitch, and secure high-impact client partnerships from initial outreach to final signature.

• Be a Global Consultant: Educate prospective clients on how our tech, multimedia, and localization solutions can elevate their brand footprint.

• Network with Intent: Uncover new revenue streams through trade shows, industry events, creative networking, and direct outreach.

• Collaborate across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with creative production teams to price, pitch, and manage multi-disciplinary projects seamlessly.

• Deliver Excellence: Balance client expectations with team workflows to ensure profitable, high-value campaign rollouts.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven success in strategic B2B business development, agency growth, or enterprise solution sales.

• Good communication skills in Finnish and English. Other European languages a plus.

• Deal Closer: A strong track record of managing and closing end-to-end sales cycles.

• Creative Strategist: Ability to translate complex client needs into tailored, actionable solutions.

• Stakeholder Native: Confident communicator capable of pitching to VP- and C-Level creative and marketing leaders.

• Knowledge of MS-Office, CRM solutions and prospecting tools.

• Ability to work full-time from our Helsinki office
