We are looking for a Financial Accountant!

Are you an experienced accounting professional ready for your next challenge in an international environment? Do you enjoy working with numbers, developing processes, and being part of a supportive and professional team? If yes, you might be the person we are looking for!

We are currently looking for a Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Finland in a permanent full-time position.

In this role, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities across accounting and reporting, while also having the opportunity to contribute to process development and automation projects. You will work closely with both local and international stakeholders and play an important role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly and annual closing processes


• Accounting of two legal entities


• Posting of purchase invoices and bank statements


• Intercompany invoicing


• Preparation of outgoing payments


• Project invoicing


• VAT reporting


• Monthly, quarterly, and annual SOX controls


• Participation in development project related to automation of processes

What we are looking for:

• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English


• Swedish language skills are considered an advantage


• Good knowledge of Finnish accounting standards


• At least 3 years of experience in accounting


• Strong Excel skills and experience using Excel as a reporting tool


• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
