As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Assisting customers with how-to-use steps for their devices and guiding them through the repair process if necessary
• Collaborating with your team to maintain effective relationships with colleagues and management
• Providing professional, empathetic customer support to enhance customer loyalty and retention
• Continuously improving processes to deliver exceptional customer service

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken)
• Excellent writing skills
• Good command of English
• Strong soft skills, including politeness and empathy
• Technically adept, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues on Windows
• Ability to multitask efficiently
