Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to present a terrific opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor. This role is perfectly suited for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer support and are eager to excel in a corporate environment that values client satisfaction and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional support to Finnish-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and expertise.
  • Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate customer needs and a professional demeanor in service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
