• Keep accurate records of customer interactions to facilitate follow-up and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to remain updated on product launches, trends, and promotions.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and brand offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for fashion.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A keen understanding of fashion trends and the marketplace.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
