• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.

• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a relevant support role is highly desirable.
