About the Project
Our client is a European composite manufacturer, with approximately 800 employees and a production site specialising in laminate manufacturing and assembly.
Following a period of revenue decline and insufficient cost action, the company is undergoing a structured financial and operational transformation under new interim leadership. A transformation plan is in place, with organization restructuring, operational efficiency improvements, and financial team rebuilding among the key workstreams.
The Role
You will act as Senior Business Analyst for the interim CEO, providing structured PMO support across the transformation.
Key Expectations
Set up and maintain a PMO framework: initiative tracking, ownership, milestones, and escalation paths across all transformation workstreams
Build and manage weekly and monthly progress reporting for the management team and board
Monitor KPIs and flag deviations or risks early
Support the interim CEO in day-to-day execution from meeting prep to cross-functional coordination
Engage with the CFO, COO, CCO, and CTO to gather updates and maintain an accurate picture of progress across the business

Time allocation: up to 40-45 h/week
Location: Hybrid (2 weeks in a month at Cllient location)

Requirements:
Master students preferable in Finance
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Determined to solve complex problems and have a “let’s do it!” attitude
Can exercise independent judgment and act on it, drive conclusions from data are result-oriented, logical, and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Can communicate persuasively in English – both orally and in writing
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skill
