GTM Lead - Data, Analytics & AI (Espoo or Stockholm)

BI Book is our own SaaS analytics platform. Over 1,000 companies across Europe already run on it. It plugs into the business systems customers already use and gives leadership teams ready-made analytics, planning and AI tools.

Our consulting team is 60+ people. They support our SaaS clients and build custom solutions: data and analytics platforms, AI solutions, and business applications. So when a client needs a product, we have one. When they need something built, we build it. Most competitors have to pick a side.

We are now looking for a skilled GTM Lead to build the go-to-market motion for our data, analytics and AI business.

The Role

A hands-on GTM lead to own our go-to-market motion across Nordic market expansion and product and services marketing.

This is a foundational hire. You will help us build the structure, not inherit it. You will own the strategy and execute it, with our sales team and business leaders supporting you.

In practice, you will

• Define and execute GTM strategy, starting with Finland and Sweden and expanding from there. ICP, messaging, channel mix.

• Own pipeline generation across content, SEO, paid, events and outbound, and report on pipeline contribution, CAC and conversion.

• Build the expertise-led content engine that sells consulting: reference stories, thought leadership, and the technical credibility that gets us into evaluations.

• Develop partner enablement materials and joint GTM playbooks.

• Own positioning and sales enablement for both offerings, aimed at the CFO, CIO, CDO and CTO buyers who sign for them.

• Drive our presence at Nordic events.

What success looks like in 12 months

• Defined ICPs and messaging for both the product and consulting offerings, ready for the sales team to use as they are.

• A pipeline dashboard you own, with CAC and conversion tracked by market, channel and offering.

• A working cross-sell path between consulting and BI Book, measured rather than assumed.

• An AppSource listing that generates inbound.

• A repeatable market-entry playbook, proven in one new country.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a GTM, growth or marketing role, in B2B SaaS, software or technology consulting.

• Experience marketing both a product and expert services, or a clear view on how the two differ.

• A track record in new market or geographic expansion.

• Hands-on partner-led or channel GTM experience, ideally in the Microsoft ecosystem or an equivalent vendor ecosystem.

• Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market buyers in data, analytics, finance or operations.

• Strong written communication. You produce content yourself, including on technical subjects.

• Comfort making decisions from pipeline data.

• Finnish or Swedish, plus professional English. English is our office language.

Nice to have

• Background in BI, data platforms, ERP or adjacent enterprise software.

• Experience with usage-based or seat-based SaaS pricing.

• Marketing automation and CRM at configuration level, not just usage.

• Familiarity with how buying differs market by market across the Nordics.

• Experience with Content Management Systems, especially Wordpress.

We work in hybrid mode and spend at least 50% of working time in the office with colleagues. In this role we prefer someone joining our team in the Espoo or Stockholm office, but we are open to strong candidates in our other Nordic offices.
